Brad Budde has served as PPG’s vice president and chief digital officer since September 2022, where he leads the company’s digital strategy and execution to accelerate customer digital engagement. Before that, he was at Emerson Automation Solutions for 17 years, where his most recent role was vice president of digital. At Emerson, he led the company’s digital product development roadmaps, digital engineering tools, ecommerce, sales enablement, and digital analytics. Budde attained his MBA from the University of St. Thomas’ Opus College of Business. Prior to that, he acquired his B.S. in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University.

Emily Xu is the senior vice president of ecommerce for Republic National Distributing Company, the second-largest alcohol distributor in the U.S. Under Xu’s leadership, the eRNDC platform earned $800 million in 2023 — more revenue than the previous two years combined. She has led ecommerce, marketing, and digital strategies at major corporations in the past, including Crate & Barrel and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams furniture brand. Xu earned her MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business in addition to a master’s of science in computer science from the University of Illinois Chicago.

David Boone is interim CEO of Essendant Inc., a multibillion-dollar national distribution and commerce company with over 20 years of ecommerce and marketplace experience. As interim CEO, he oversees a company with over 7 million square feet across 20 U.S. distribution centers, fulfilling and delivering daily to 98% of the U.S. population. Before that, he was the CEO of Staples Canada, where he led over 12,000 associates and $3 billion in annual revenue. Boone has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McMaster University and an EMBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Victoria Gutierrez has served as Sysco Corp.’s senior vice president and chief merchandising officer since August 2022. She was previously vice president of category management after joining Sysco in July 2021. Prior to joining Sysco, Gutierrez was a partner with the Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”) from September 2014 to June 2021, serving as a lead member of BCG’s Retail, Large Scale Change and Operations practices, as well as a firm expert in transformation management, merchandising analytics and private brands. Gutierrez holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management and a B.S. with Honors from Northwestern University.
